Ticketing Terms and Conditions
Event: Ayrburn Classic Festival of Motoring
Organiser: Ayrburn Precinct Ltd
1. General
1.1 By purchasing a ticket for the Ayrburn Classic Festival of Motoring event (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Tickets are sold by Ayrburn Precinct Ltd (the "Organiser").
1.3 The Organiser reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this website.
2. Ticket Purchases
2.1 Tickets can be purchased online through this website using Stripe or at the gate during the Event.
2.2 All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as required under New Zealand Consumer Law.
2.3 The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues during the online purchase process.
3. Ticket Validity
3.1 Each ticket grants entry to the Event for the date specified on the ticket.
3.2 Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or altered without the Organiser’s prior written consent.
3.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone holding a counterfeit or invalid ticket.
4. Entry and Conduct
4.1 Attendees must present a valid ticket at the Event entrance for scanning or verification.
4.2 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee behaving in a manner deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.
4.3 Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
5. Cancellations and Changes
5.1 If the Event is cancelled prior to commencing, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
5.2 If the Event is cancelled after it has commenced, refunds may be offered at the Organiser’s discretion. Refunds in such cases will be partial and will reflect the proportion of the Event that was completed.
5.3 The Organiser is not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
6. Liability
6.1 Attendees participate at their own risk. The Organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by the Organiser’s negligence.
6.2 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or personal belongings.
7. Photography and Media
7.1 By attending the Event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
7.2 Attendees may not use professional photography equipment or drones without prior approval.
8. Stripe Payments
8.1 All online transactions are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
8.2 The Organiser does not store any credit card information.
9. Privacy
9.1 Personal information provided during the ticketing process will be used in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Event website.
9.2 The Organiser will not share personal details with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Terms and Conditions – Ayburn Classic Spot Prize
Win a 2007 Fraser Clubman Lotus 7 Replica
- The winner must have purchased an entry ticket (any class of ticket, excluding complimentary tickets) to the Ayrburn Classic (the Event) for any one of the days of the Event, being Saturday 22nd March 2025 and Sunday 23rd March 2025.
- The prize includes a 2007 Fraser Clubman Lotus 7 Replica, a used vehicle direct from the Fraser workshop in excellent pre-loved condition (the Prize)
- The winner must have the same name as that attached to their entry ticket to claim the Prize.
- The winner must be a New Zealand citizen or have a full-time New Zealand postal address.
- The winner will be selected randomly and announced by the organiser (Ayrburn Precinct Limited) as part of the Event.
- Ayrburn Precinct Limited will contact the winner post event day and the winner has 1 week to respond and accept the prize. If the winner is unable to respond within 48hrs, Ayrburn Precinct Limited will redraw the prize.
- The winner will be responsible for the collection of the Prize.
- The winner must be above 16 years of age or have an accompanying adult to accept on their behalf. The winner will promptly sign all documents required to transfer ownership of the Prize.
- This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered, or associated with, Instagram and/or Meta Platforms.
- In the event of circumstances beyond Ayrburn Precinct Limited’s reasonable control or where ticket sales for the Event do not meet a minimum threshold, Ayrburn Precinct Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the prize draw or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- Ayrburn Precinct Limited reserves the right to select the winner at their discretion. Ayrburn Precinct Limited’s decision is final.
- Ayrburn Precinct Limited is not responsible for the winner’s misuse of the Prize or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
- Ayrburn Precinct Limited can store personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at www.ayrburn.com ) The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Ayrburn Precinct Limited if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize draw.
- Ayrburn Precinct Limited reserves the right to announce the winner publicly and owns all associated intellectual property relevant to the giveaway (such as images, video, or any other relevant content). Specifically, participants agree to having their name published on Ayrburn Precinct Limited’s public channels (such as social media) and/or website. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Ayrburn Precinct Limited after the winner has been selected.
- The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Ayrburn Precinct Limited reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of similar value.
- The Prize is a second-hand used vehicle. Ayrburn Precinct Limited provides no guarantees, warranties or liability in respect to the Prize. The Prize is accepted on an as is / where is basis with any faults or defects and acceptance of the Prize is at the winner’s sole risk.
- Employees of Ayrburn Precinct Limited (or any related company) are not eligible to win the Prize.
